The wife of former Super Eagles top striker, Odion Ighalo, Adesuwa has called on the Nigerian Football Federation, (NFF) to recruit the head coach of the Saudi team, Herve Renard.
Ighalo’s wife made the appeal after the contract of the current coach of the senior national team of Nigeria, Jose Peseiro enters into its final six months.
There has been talks about if he is worth an extension or not owing to the recent run of results. Peseiro has only won two out of the nine games he has handled the team and it came against Sierra Leone and Soa Tome and Principe both in the Afcon qualifiers.
